* If there's an error on the shipping address, the post office will most likely return the package back to us. Any mistakes made by the customer will result in additional shipping charges or a refund will be processed minus the shipping fee.

Returns

Please refer to our return policy prior to starting a return or exchange. NO REFUNDS. Only store credit will be issued

Returns Process

  1. Make sure your products are eligible for a return. We allow returns within 7 days from the delivery date, provided that the item is in unwashed, unworn condition, and free from stains or odors. Note that the item must not be marked as a final sale item. Additional exclusions may be applicable. Refer to the Return policy below for more details.
  2. If you selected the $1.98 USD option during checkout that includes free returns via re:do, you won't be charged for returning your package. Just follow the same process mentioned earlier, and you'll get a free return label to download.
  3. Please ensure that you include your details inside the package so that we can credit you. You can include a copy of your invoice or a piece of paper with your order number
  4. Upon receiving your return, we will process your parcel within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items in the sale section, Jewelry, and Intimates (Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Bra + Panty Sets, Mesh clothing, Bustiers & Corsets,Leggings Socks & Tights, gloves, Lingerie.etc) are not returnable.

Items purchased on sale price, with a discount code or during a sale are considered final sale items and cannot be returned/exchanged.

No store credit or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

We are unable accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered. Exchange items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Any item altered or with odors (perfume, smoke, etc) are not returnable. Items received in unsatisfactory condition will be rejected, and customer will be responsible for paying reshipping fees if they want the items returned. Packages that remain unclaimed and for which reshipping fees have not been paid within 30 days will be disposed of, and no credit will be issued under any circumstances.

EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT

The first step in the exchange process is to initiate a return via the Return Portal.

  • You should initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the package and return it within 14 days. The item must be in original condition when returned to us. Items returned later than 14 days will not be accepted. 

  • If you received an incorrect item or size, please contact us and a return label will be issued to you and the correct size if available will be shipped.

  • If we do not have a different size for the exchange item, you may chose another item of equal value or choose store credit to use at a later time.

  • Items must be returned with tags attached.

  • Upon receiving the returned item in good condition, an exchange or store credit will be processed.

  • We carefully inspect all items before shipping therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. 

  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for orders refused by the customer upon delivery or returned due to an undeliverable address. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs. We are not liable for issues caused by USPS being unable to deliver a package due to an address problem or the lack of a secure delivery location.
