We cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered. Exchange items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Any item altered or with odors (perfume, smoke, etc) are not returnable.
EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT
The first step in the exchange process is to contact our Customer Service to ask for a return address or resolve an issue. Items returned without notice will not be accepted.
You should report the problem within 3 days of receiving the package and return it within 7 days and the item must be in original condition when returned to us. Items returned later than 10 days will not be accepted. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
If you received an incorrect item or size, please contact us and a return label will be issued to you and the correct size if available will be shipped.
If we do not have a different size for the exchange item, you may chose another item of equal value or choose store credit to use at a later time.
Items must be returned with Miss Luxor tags attached.
Once you ship the item(s), you must retain record of the tracking number to insure we received it.
Upon receiving the returned item in good condition, an exchange or store credit will be processed.
We carefully inspect all items before shipping therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Tailor made items, Jewelry, Clearance products and Intimates (Swimsuits, Bra + Panty Sets, Bustiers & Corsets,Leggings Socks & Tights, Lingerie.etc) are not returnable.
Items purchased on sale price, with a discount code or during a sale are considered final sale items and cannot be returned/exchanged.
No store credit or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
